Whether you are having a formal dinner, a meeting with a hot or cold buffet, or drinks by the pool with light appetizers, we have a wide range of menu items to choose from to make your event a success.  We can work closely with one of our award winning caterers, or shop at your favorite market.  We'll even help you prepare Aunt Beth's famous dish.  And we create and serve 'Signature Cocktails' for each event!
